Emperor Hotel Hong Kong

After the best power nap ever on a plane (while Cathay Pacific hosts a good flight, it helps to not have slept much in the previous 24hrs) I arrived at the Hong Kong airport ready to go. Talk about a well signed, efficient and tidy place, I've never seen anything quite like it. I was deplaned, through customs and immigration, and reunited with my luggage in the span of an hour. I think some of our Canadian airports could use a lesson! Made my way to the buses ...

... that looked cheap and clean enough. I ordered something I knew, so just had sweet and sour chicken with a side of rice. I attempted to use the chop sticks, but someone was watching me and made it a little tricky and very off-putting. The woman saw that I was struggling and offered me a fork. The laser show was a bit of a dud, not sure if it was because of the quite low ...

... or death battle of bumper cars ahah. It was actually a lot of fun and I can't even describe the pure joy of happiness of seeing your loved on stuck between a bunch of cars when you have a straight view of them and get to attack them at full speed ahah. Sounds awful but it was the best form of couples therapy I swear to you and then we were besties again after that ride ahah. We then grabbed some lunch where I got a chicken leg which I've been craving ...
