The hotel’s ballroom, one of the few in Hong Kong to offer the latest in high-definition screens, offers cinematic viewing in both size and scale. The digitally-advanced, glossy electronic backdrop takes traditional projector screens to new levels where presentations, images and videos are now instantly visible in superb resolution with liquid crystal clarity, strengthening the calibre and professionalism of events, conferences, meetings and receptions. High-quality playback, live-feeds and high-speed remote uploading and replay functions may instantly be transferred to the screen, making it an ideal platform to showcase videos and captured moments from events.
Langham Place Ballroom and Shanghai Room
Meeting attendees are immediately transported to a world of sophisticated tech when stepping out of the lifts to the ballroom, with a 2.4 by 2.8-metre LED screen welcoming delegates to their event, giving them a preview of the modern technology available inside and at many touch points throughout their events.
Further upgrading its product, Langham Place also has recently installed eleven brand new Lumens Projectors transferring excellent quality images and videos on screen, and two Portable Touch-Screens, which can instantly display video, images and data feeds, offering conference planners a flexible and interactive communication channel customised to specific needs.
In addition to its function space developments, the hotel’s newly refurbished lobby has reopened with three new Digital Concierge Touch Screens offering guests a tech platform to browse city tips, check flight schedules and the weather, watch the news or book restaurants in an instant, with internet connectivity, live updates and creative animation are displayed 24-7.
